You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including SMS and communications requirements. You may not use our services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Recurring services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

4. No Guarantees

VirtuAutomate does not guarantee specific results, revenue, lead volume, or performance outcomes. Results may vary based on your business, market conditions, and implementation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtuAutomate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or services.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to (757) 500-5628. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages.
